A contractor friend of mine was frustrated at constantly losing the little rubber tips on the end of his pneumatic brad nailer. They would wear out and fall off and he’d lose them and then have to spend a small fortune for another little bag of tips. It took some time to get the design right because the tolerances are tight, but I managed to model something that does the job. I printed them in nylon which is strong and has a little flex, but I plan to try a few other materials once the first batch wears out or gets lost. These fit my porter cable brad nailer. the metal spade shaped bit at the end of the nailer pushes into the small rectangular hole. It looks too small, but if the tip is resting on the bench or floor and you press the nailer down onto it then it pops into place and stays on. I’m sharing the .STL file here if you wish to try it. No promises that it’ll work for you (all printers and filaments are different and may require some tweaking).
